Personal Journey
I have been drawing since I can remember. Growing up with comics, animation and video games I have always known that I wanted to be an artist and illustrator. While still in school in the early 2000s, I made my first steps with Adobe Photoshop and a tiny Wacom Tablet.
Some years later, after a brief period of studying Japanese at Heidelberg University, I pursued a Bachelor of Arts in Kommunikationsdesign at Hochschule Mannheim, majoring in Illustration and Film.
Upon graduating, I worked full time as a 2D-Artist (illustration, concept art and interface design) at Gameforge AG from 2008 to 2011.  Following this, I transitioned to freelancing in 2012.
With now over 15 years of experience in illustration and graphics for online games, I have created over 1,000 illustrations for Innogames' Forge of EmpiresMy versatility allows me to adapt to different styles as needed, and I have a particular fascination with portraits and the human body.
